By accessing or using Tino Situation Room at situation.today (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Tino Situation Room is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) monitoring platform that aggregates publicly available data from news sources, government feeds, geospatial databases, and other open sources to provide real-time situational awareness. The Service includes interactive maps, event feeds, market data, AI-generated analysis, and customizable dashboards.

You may browse the Service for a limited trial period without an account. To access full features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious reports or content
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or threaten any person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of proprietary components
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Data displayed on the platform is aggregated from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated. AI-generated analyses are produced by language models and may contain errors or hallucinations.

Do not rely on this Service for life-safety decisions, financial trading, military operations, emergency response, or any situation where inaccurate information could cause harm.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINO SITUATION ROOM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tino Situation Room and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
